General comment | Ore pulp is a mixture of finely ground ore, water, and chemicals used in the froth flotation process for mineral processing. It is based on the difference in physical and chemical properties of the surface of minerals, using the buoyancy of bubbles in the pulp to achieve separation. The mass fraction of the ore pulp is very important for the flotation separation. Two ways can express the pulp mass fraction: Liquid-solid ratio represents the ratio of liquid to solid mass (or volume) in the pulp. |
