General comment Strong Aroma Baijiu is a type of baijiu known for its strong fruity aroma and punchy taste. It is a complex baijiu from the Jiuguijui distillery of Hunan, created from big qu, small medicinal qu, rice and sorghum. This baijiu is aged for at least three years and utilises techniques from three traditional baijius. The smell is earthy and strong, while the taste is sweet. It is the top-selling category of baijiu, with brands including the National Cellar 1573 brand and Ming River.
