General comment | Drywall, also called wallboard, is a large rigid sheet of finishing material used in drywall construction to face the interior walls of dwellings and other buildings. It is a popular building material made from gypsum used to form the flat surfaces of walls and ceilings in most modern homes. Drywall is a wall covering consisting of a hardened gypsum paste sandwiched between two sheets of paper. It is used to create many walls in homes and commercial spaces as a cheap and easy replacement for troweling plaster. |
