General comment | Copper Extractant is used in the solvent extraction process for the purification and concentration of copper. It allows copper to be selectively transferred and purified from the aqueous phase feed solution to the solvent phase. It is marketed as a highly efficient copper extractant with high Cu/Fe selectivity, stable performance, low solubility in water, good phase separation and less entrainment. It is used for the extraction of copper from mine acidic leaching solution, recovery of copper from industrial wastewater and extraction of copper from ammonia solutions and iron from acids. |
