| Use advice for data set | For using this LCA data set of clinker production, the user should ensure to model the system boundaries including the clinker calcination unit process. Attention should be given to end-of-pipe treatment considered in the study, which incorporates a baghouse dust collector with an efficiency of 85%. For materials contribution calculations, adhere to the ISO 140 series cut-off principle: ignore upstream data for any raw material contributing less than 1% (0.1% for high-purity substances) of the input weight, and exclude upstream data for low-value waste materials like tailings. The cumulative weight of all ordinary materials disregarded should not exceed 5% of the total raw material input. Additionally, if system environmental emission data have a negligible contribution to overall LCA results, they may also be omitted from the analysis. |
