General comment on data set The trial firing test uses leather waste as a replacement fuel.Its calorific value is about 3768.12kJ/kg, choose a new dry cement production line with about 5000t/d cement of the Guangzhou Zhujiang Cement for trial firing. The leather waste is first crushed after entering Guangzhou, packed into bags (200kg bags) and transported to the end of kiln in Guangzhou, and then put into the decomposing furnace from the connection of the three air ducts and the decomposing furnace through the strand feeder. About 5t of leather waste is put in every hour for 6 hours. Record the cement output, raw material consumption and energy consumption during the trial firing. And measure the pollutant composition and concentration of exhaust gas.

Technology description including background system Its calorific value is about 3 768.12 k]/kg. The new dry process cement production line of Guangzhou Zhujiang Cement with a daily cement output of about 5 000 t/d was selected for trial burning. After the waste leather enters Guangzhou, it is first crushed and packaged into bags (200 kg Bags) are transported to the end of the kiln through Guangnei, and are put into the calciner for trial burning from the connection between the tertiary air duct and the calciner through a winch feeder. About 5 t of waste leather was added every hour for 6 hours. The cement output, raw material consumption and energy consumption during the trial burning were recorded. And measure the pollutant composition and concentration of exhaust gas.
