Technology description including background system 在制浆工段,废纸经过链板输送机送到水力碎浆机,碎解后的浆料进入粗筛选系统(高浓除渣器和粗筛系统):粗筛后的浆料再通过分级筛系统,筛分为短纤维和长纤维,其中短纤维通过低浓除砂器除渣和浓缩机浓缩处理后进入抄前池;而长纤维通过低浓除砂器和精饰系统处理后再通过浓缩机、热分散系统和磨浆机后进入抄前池,抄前池的浆料再送往抄纸车间。此外,浆料浓缩过程中产生的白水部分回用于制浆工段。在再生超级压光纸中,生产过程所需的脱墨废纸浆在经过上述制浆过程之外,还需经过脱墨浮选和漂白处理。经过精筛系统后的纸浆,进入浮选脱墨系统,再经过多圆盘的浓缩后进入热分散系统、过氧化氢漂白系统,最后送浆塔贮存送造纸车间。在造纸工段中,四种再生纸生产方案的流程基本相同分成打浆、抄纸、烘干三个工段。浆料经过调浆箱、浓白水塔及冲浆泵进入网前压力筛,后进入面层流浆箱上网。在再生超级压光纸方案中,原生木浆与废纸浆按一定配浆比例混合后分别送至配浆池中,经多段除砂器低浓净化后,再进入机外白水槽的另一侧冲浆;各层浆经压力筛筛选,后进入流浆箱上网。上网的浆料经三长网成型部脱水成型,再经过由直通式靴压组成的压榨部进步脱水,通过于燥部烘缸干燥、硬压光、表面施胶、后干燥部干燥、涂布、再经水平复卷机复卷,后包装入库送至成品库储存。在废弃物处置环节,对再生纸生产制造中产生的一般固体废弃物、城市生活垃圾处理进行了安全填埋处置;而对浮选脱墨系统产生的工业危险废弃物脱墨渣收集后统一进行焚烧处置。再生超级压光纸方案中,对碎浆系统和除渣系统产生的废渣使用重力脱水机和污泥压榨机进行收集,后送至焚烧厂进行焚烧处理。

Data selection and combination principles The inventory data for the recycled sper calendered paper programme were obtained from a field study at a paper company in Shandong Province. Secondly, the vast majority of the background data involved in this study was obtained from the China Localised Process-based Life Cycle Inventory Database (CPLCID).
