Use advice for data set Users of this dataset should consider the inclusion of external resource input and pollutant emissions in their assessment. The dataset is based on a functional unit of 1kg of 42.5 grade Portland cement assessing the in-plant production process and its surrounding environment. Remember to account for the preprocessing of raw materials, raw meal grinding, calcination, clinker milling, and cement homogenization processes. The methodological applicability of using industrial by-products such as slag and fly ash in the input mix should be reflected accordingly.
Technical purpose of product or process This dataset describes the production of ordinary Portland cement with a strength class of 42.5MPa, using a dry process that incorporates mixed solid wastes, specifically slag and fly ash. Slag and fly ash are used as substitutes for clay in the cement production process. The described cement is applicable for general construction purposes including the construction of buildings, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure projects where high strength and durability are required.

Mathematical model
Model description The study used 1kg of 42.5 grade Portland cement as the functional unit for evaluation. The scope of evaluation is defined as the in-plant production process of cement products and its surrounding environment. Among them, the in-plant production process refers to the entire production process in which raw materials undergo pretreatment, raw meal grinding, calcination, clinker mill, cement homogenization and other processes and finally become cement products. The surrounding environment of the cement production process refers to the input of external resources and energy and the emission of pollutants.
