The production process adopts advanced RSP level five kiln external decomposition technology. Hazardous waste is transported by vehicles, equipped with hazardous goods special vehicles, and the driving route is a truck dedicated line. The transportation distance from the mine to the factory area is about 1.5km, The transportation distance of waste is about 50km. The production process of conventional cement mainly includes stages such as the extraction and transportation of raw and auxiliary materials, raw material preparation, coal powder preparation, clinker calcination, and cement grinding. After adding waste disposal links, waste (polluted soil, digested sludge, waste oil sludge, etc.) can be used as alternative raw materials and fuels to save raw materials such as limestone and coal. Collaborative disposal of cement kilns, operation phase, clinker calcination process, mainly involves material preheating and decomposition, as well as calcination and decomposition process in rotary kilns, accompanied by emissions of CO2 and other waste gases. |
