Use advice for data set
Users of the data set should focus solely on the carbon footprint of cement production, specifically considering the emission factors corresponding to the CO2 emissions. It is important to note that the carbon footprint covered here does not include other greenhouse gases. Special attention must be paid to the factory's use of alternative constituents when calculating the carbon footprint because the emissions profile may differ from conventional cement production. Ensure consistent accounting for such emissions if comparing with other data sets or when integrating into larger life cycle assessments.

General comment
Solid waste includes slag, fly ash, gypsum powder, coal ash, blended stones, and boiler slag. There are nearly 170 cement enterprises in Chongqing, and the total cement production in 2014 was nearly 70 million tons. At present, the raw materials used for cement production in Chongqing are mainly limestone, natural gypsum, sandstone, and blended stone, accounting for about 90%, 5%, and 3%, respectively.

Technical purpose
The data set describes cement production incorporating 21-35% alternative constituents derived from mixed solid wastes, which include slag, fly ash, gypsum powder, coal ash, blended stones, and boiler slag. Suitable applications of this particular cement type might be in construction projects where such alternative compositions are permitted and may contribute to sustainable building practices due to the utilization of waste materials.
