Technical purpose The pyrometallurgical-hydrometallurgical combined recycling process is intended for the recovery of cathode materials from spent lithium ternary (NCM) batteries. This technology is utilized in recycling facilities to reclaim valuable metal elements through high-temperature smelting, leaching, and high-temperature sintering, thus contributing to the circular economy in the battery industry. The resulting purified materials can be used to manufacture new battery cathodes, supporting the sustainable lifecycle of lithium batteries. |
