General comment Preparation of ecological cement with phosphogypsum. Laboratory data. In the phosphogypsum-based ecological cement experiment, the main raw materials include phosphogypsum, fly ash, hydrate lime, cement, and early strength agent.Firstly, phosphogypsum is dried in an oven at 45°C to a constant weight to remove free water from phosphogypsum, and then then the dried phosphogypsum is calcined in a high-temperature electric furnace for a certain period of time. The calcined phosphogypsum is then put into a planetary ball mill for grinding for 6 minutes and screened through a standard sieve with a mesh size of 0.08 mm. At the same time, fly ash and hydrate lime are also sieved through a 0.08 mm sieve and dried in a drying oven. The cement used in the experiment also needs to be dried. After the above raw materials are pre-treated, the ingredients are calculated according to the designed ratio, and the mixed material is ball-milled for 3 minutes to mix evenly. After the mixed material is homogenized for 2-3 hours, it is weighed and poured into a JJ-5 planetary cement mortar mixer for stirring, and then molded into cement test blocks using a ZS-15 cement mortar vibrating table. The molded cement test blocks are placed for 24 hours, demolded, and naturally cured. After a certain age, their strength is tested. |
