Use advice for data set
When utilizing the dataset involving the described processes, attention should be given to the precise methodological considerations of each recycling stage. Users must ensure to properly account for energy consumption during disassembly and raw material recovery efficiency. Include relevant allocation procedures for multi-output processes when applicable. Additionally, identify and include the environmental impacts of waste materials treatment, such as incineration or landfilling. Consider temporal and geographical applicability regarding the technological development and local recycling capabilities.

General comment
From the perspective of more mainstream recycling, PV systems are generally disassembled first. The disassembling stage mainly consumes electricity. The decommissioned BOS produces scrap metal materials in this stage. PV modules are disassembled into large aluminum alloy pieces, broken glass, broken PV cells, and other waste materials. The broken glass needs to be remelted at high temperatures. The heat treatment method is used in the recycling of the PV cell. The EVA is completely separated from the cell by anaerobicthermal decomposition in inert gas. After a variety of chemical treatments, including acid leaching, extraction, and thermal decomposition, the materials including aluminum, steel, copper, silver, and SoG-Si can be directly put into manufacturing. Other waste materials are generally directly incinerated or landfilled.

Technical purpose
The described industrial process pertains to the recycling of waste photovoltaic (PV) modules. The materials recovered through this process, such as aluminum, steel, copper, silver, and silicon, are utilized to fabricate new products, thereby serving as secondary raw materials in their respective industries. The glass remelted at high temperatures is used to produce new glass products, and the treated PV cells can be reintegrated into the manufacture of new photovoltaic modules or other electronics. The process supports the sustainable use of resources in the solar power industry.
