Use advice for data set Users of this dataset should note that the functional unit is defined as the use performance of 1 tonne of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement. The system boundary for this LCA data is confined to the direct production process within the cement plant, which includes raw material entry, pretreatment, grinding of raw meal, calcination of raw meal, clinker grinding, until cement homogenization and storage. It does not account for upstream processes like raw material extraction, processing, or transportation. The geographical scope of this study is limited to the Beijing area, and users should be cautious when extrapolating this data to other regions or different production settings. |
